About Class
The cross athletic class is an intensive training activity which combines all the classes in our club.
You’ll find effective exercises that have been studied and developed to make every part of your body work at optimum level.
It’s a mix of functional training, boxing, muay thaï and circuit-training. All coaches are here to provide you the support and attention you need.
