TAE BO is a sport combining taekwondo and boxing with rapid rhythmic music.
This discipline was created by the seven times taekwondo world champion Billy Blanks in the late 80’s.

Boxing is a combat sport in which two fighters of similar weight and using padded gloves (to limit cuts and bruises) meet in a ring to exchange punches to the face and the chest.
The fight is divided into rounds, which are separated by a minute break. During this time, the fighters can take advice or be treated.

Muay Thai, also called Thai Boxing is a very complete sport combining very ancient techniques such as kicks (circular kicks to push back the opponent), elbows (only authorized in certain professional competitions), knees (particularly used in hand-to-hand combat) and punches from English Boxing.

DFC SPORTS CLUB works with parents and schools to create extra-curricular activities for children from 6 to 16 years old.
The goal is to teach to children respect and fair-play, but also how they can control their emotions and possible aggression. Since we are aware of the problem of obesity among our youth, these classes can help stabilise weight and lead to weight loss.
